Possible adoption by Lithuania of the euro – committee vote

The Committee on Economic and Monetary Affairs will discuss the European Central Bank’s Annual report for 2013 during its meeting of 07.04.14. Furthermore, the Committee is already undertaking most of the informal preparatory work regarding the possible adoption of the euro by Lithuania, the result of which will be voted on during this same meeting. The new ECON committee and the new Parliament will vote formally on this issue in July 2014.
